Property Maintenance & Cleaning Services
We provide a wide range of cleaning and maintenance services to properties in Ocean City, Maryland and surrounding communities. These services are customized to meet your unique needs to ensure the most comprehensive service delivery package. We have extensive experience working with property owners, condo/owner associations, and property management companies and value the collaborative relationships we establish with each customer. Additionally, we have several Certified Pool Operators on staff to provide year-round pool services for indoor and outdoor pools as well as hot tubs.

We are a family owned and operated business who have been serving the Maryland eastern shore for over 20 years. We are licensed and insured to provide professional services in Maryland. We are members of the Delmarva Condominium Managers Association and Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.

1 Stop has been in the business for over 20 years and during this time we have established strong relationships with every type of contractor and service worker in the DelMarVa area. While we are able to handle many maintenance concerns, we are also able to connect with local professionals as needed. We determine the cleaning needs based on the building itself, but these generally include: removal of trash and debris from common areas (including lobbies, parking lots, and walkways), blowing sand from walkways, clearing trash from sand dunes, cleaning and disinfecting any common areas such as elevators and lobbies, vacuuming common areas, and much more! 1 Stop has several employees with the Certified Pool Operator credential which ensures we are able to care for all indoor and outdoor pools as well as hot tubs. We are able to provide the full spectrum of pool services, including opening and closing (outdoor pools only), required daily chemical oversight, daily cleaning (includes deck furniture), and other related cleaning and maintenance as needed. Yes, we will securely hold keys for buildings and units. Keys are stored in a lockbox, accessible only by senior employees. Keys are only utilized at the request of authorized representatives of the building or property/unit owners during emergency situations (such as leaks), contractor access, lockouts, and other agreed upon situations.
This is determined by the building, association, or property owner as 1 Stop has experience and availability for a variety of cleaning and maintenance schedules. We will work with you to determine the most efficient and cost-effective schedule during season (generally May to September) and off-season (generally October to April).
We do! We have a team available during standard business hours to address any need a building or owner may have. After-hours and on the weekends we maintain a 24/7 emergency line so that you are always able to reach someone. Learn More
1 Stop does not generally employ security personnel however we have contracts with several locally-owned companies should a building request this service.
At this time, the only service we do not provide is fiscal management of association finances. We do have several management firms we work closely with and are able to recommend.
We believe that 1 call should do it all! We are able to work with every building, association, and owner to find the most comprehensive and appropriate schedule of services. If there is a service we are unable to provide, we will work to find a business to ensure all of your needs are met.
